Historical evolution

Changchun Institute of Optics and Fine Mechanics, Chinese Academy of Sciences, founded in 1952, is one of the bases for comprehensive research and development of optics, precision mechanics and electronics in China.

Chunguang Machine Institute is the research unit of the first grating angular displacement sensor, the first grating line displacement sensor and the first absolute grating angular displacement sensor in China.

In the late 1950s, the President of the Spring machine institute developed the first grating engraving machine in China, which is also the earliest unit engaged in the mass production of grating ruler in China.

In the 1980s, the director of chunguang Machine Digital display engineering center was established in the optical machine Institute, committed to the development and industrialization of grating ruler technology.

In 1986, Changchun Optical machine digital display Technology Co., Ltd. was established and became a professional manufacturer of grating sensors.

Over the past 30 years, it has contributed to the technological progress of China's machine tool industry and the development of equipment manufacturing industry.

Leadership inspection

In 2017, Changchun Yuheng Optical Co., LTD, a subsidiary of Changchun Optoelectronics Research Institute, acquired 99.075% of the shares of Changguang Digital Display, achieving absolute control.

In early 2018, Changguang Digital Display moved into Yuheng Optical Science and Technology Park as a whole.

The middle line displacement (grating ruler) and angular displacement (encoder) of the displacement sensor are effectively integrated by means of enterprise reorganization.
