Maintenance:

I. Matters needing attention when using the environment

1. Please do not use it directly in the harsh environment such as processing chips, oil, water and dust. If it needs to be used in the above environment, it shall be sealed and protected.

2. In the process of use, avoid heavy objects knocking, hitting, smashing or bumping into the product.

3. Keep away from strong acids and bases.

4. In order to avoid the influence of temperature, the installation and use should be as far away from the heat source as possible.

5. Try to install the product on the parts with no vibration or small vibration.

6. When used in strong magnetic field, large current and high voltage, noise reduction should be done to avoid signal interference.

Ii. Matters needing attention in daily maintenance

1, do not use compressed air or strong external force, clean the ruler body and reading head surrounding debris, to avoid causing debris into the ruler shell. When there are miscellaneous crumbs, apply soft goods such as cotton cloth to wipe.

2. Do not plug in the grating ruler signal line before the power is turned off.

3. When the installation screws are found to be loose or fall off, the installation indicators shall be rechecked.

4. This product is a precision measuring product, and non-professionals should not dismantle or install it without permission.
